The concern shown by everyone as we all grapple with the challenges of the coronavirus underlines how special the people who make up the Chief Learning Officer community are. Over the last two weeks, we have been working through options as we monitor the situation. One thing that is clear is how important it is to bring people together, support one another and share ideas and practices to get us through the time ahead.
After much consideration, we have decided the best option to serve our community is to transition the Spring 2020 CLO Symposium to a virtual event. The virtual Symposium will be held on the same dates, April 20-22.
Registered attendees will still have access to the CLO Symposium keynotes, panel discussions, main stage sessions and workshops that will now be delivered online in a virtual environment. We’ll be updating sessions and adding topics to target the immediate leadership and learning challenges you are facing. Working remotely doesn’t mean we work alone and this virtual event ensures we stay close even while practicing social distance to contain the spread of covid-19.
If you are currently registered, you will hear from us directly on options for your registration, which will be transferred to the virtual event. We will also be opening up registration to the public as well to ensure everyone has access to the insight and expertise of the community as we grapple with disruption to business as usual. Ensuring our ability to be there for each other is our top priority. Stay tuned for further details.
