One of the most significant things we do with our research arm of Chief Learning Officer magazine is managing the annual LearningElite benchmarking initiative. It’s our job to make sure the program rigorously analyzes and identifies the top organizations using elite L&D practices to deliver business value.
Honoring the organizations that achieve this distinction at the yearly LearningElite Gala is significant, too. It offers the entire industry a high-profile, high-style opportunity to showcase and celebrate the ways exceptional workforce development strategies can lead to organizational success.
Being named to the LearningElite is a big deal. It’s become the industry’s most valuable benchmarking tool and a widely acknowledged mark of distinction. Honoring the organizations that achieve LearningElite status is a big deal, too. So, I hope you’ll be there to celebrate with us.
Our staff and I look forward to announcing 2020’s “best of the best” at this year’s LearningElite virtual Gala on Wednesday April 22 at 2 p.m. Central Time. While current circumstances prohibit us from celebrating in the same room as we’ve done in years past, nothing can stop us from celebrating together. I hope you’ll join us for this special livestream event.
Separate registration is required for the LearningElite Gala.
We hope to see you there!
